Ohh Snap requires all bookings to be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in loss of the booking fee. (If multiple cancellations occur, we may require a non-refundable deposit to be paid before booking any further appointments.)
Ohh Snap is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will be happy to schedule a complimentary service fix.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, please note that if you arrive late to your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service, and you will be charged the full amount for the original service booking.
