Booking & Payment

Ohh Snap requires all bookings to be made in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule within this time frame will result in loss of the booking fee. (If multiple cancellations occur, we may require a non-refundable deposit to be paid before booking any further appointments.)

Satisfaction Guarantee

Ohh Snap is committed to providing high-quality services. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know within 24 hours, and we will be happy to schedule a complimentary service fix.

Late Arrivals

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur. However, please note that if you arrive late to your appointment, we reserve the right to shorten or reschedule your service, and you will be charged the full amount for the original service booking.

Communication

All communication between Ohh Snap and the client must be professional and respectful. Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the cancellation of the booking.

Health Conditions

Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies or sensitivities you may have that might affect your services. By booking an appointment with Ohh Snap, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Ohh Snap will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your visit or as a result of using our services.
