Photo Booth Rental FAQ'S

What are the space and electrical requirements for the photo booth?

 

We will need about and 8' x 10' space and requires 8' ceiling clearance to accommodate the slide show monitor on top of the photo booth. We will need access to a regular wall out let as close as possible, but no further than 30  feet away from the photo booth. When planning your event we recommend positioning the booth somewhere visible so that guests will get the most use out of your rental.


Do you have social media features?


Yes, we have our iSnap! social media kiosk, which allows your guest to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and email directly from your event.


How many people can fit in the Photo booth?


Our booth is a "stand up" photo booth and is pretty spacious. So it can can accommodate more people than other booths. 6-7 people can fit comfortably, but with a little creativity we have crammed 8 people inside.


Can I brand the Photo Booth?


Absolutely! The booth's exterior, background, photo strips can all be customized with Logos, text and other graphics. Great way to share your message or advertise your business or products.


Can the photo strips be customized?


Yes, we customize your photo strips to coordinate with your event. If you have a specific logo or graphic, we can use them. Or you can choose from our selection of pre designed templates.


Do you provide the props?


Yes, what is a photo booth without props?? We will bring props for your guest to use,  if you would like something specific, please let us know an we will try to get them. You are welcome to bring your own and add to the table as well.


Do you require a deposit to rent a photo booth?


Yes, a $200 deposit and a signed contract is required to reserve your date.


Do you charge for set up and break down time?


No,  that is included in your rental. We will be set up at least 30 minutes prior to your event start time. If there are idle hours more than that , there will be a idle hour charge of $25 per hour to cover our labor costs associated with arriving early.


Can you get the booth into a location with stairs, elevators or other access restrictions?


The photo booth breaks down into several pieces, we can work around almost any facility constraint.


My venue requires insurance- do you carry liability insurance?


Yes, we have a general liability insurance policy.


Will there be an attendant  during the event?


Yes, someone from Ohh Snap! will be there for the duration of your rental. We will remain with the booth to assist guests and to make sure things run smoothly.


Will I get a copy of all of the picture taken in the photo booth?


Yes, we will download all photos taken at your event on a USB flash drive and mail it out to you after your event. In most cases you should receive your USB flash drive within a week of your event.
